Hunter Street focuses his practice on complex commercial real estate and corporate transactions, and provides general business representation.  Hunter works in matters involving the acquisition, disposition, management, leasing, and financing of all types of commercial real estate, including hotels and assisted living communities. He also works in matters involving the formation, structuring, and management of corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies, and mergers and acquisitions.
