Ms. Robb practices in theTechnology andCorporatedepartments at Bodker, Ramsey, Andrews, Winograd & Wildstein, P.C., counseling a diverse group of clients in all phases of their business ventures to achieve focus-driven results, goals, and successes. She manages a variety of commercial transactions including developing technological infrastructures and the procurement of technology solutions, such as cloud/platform based technology, software implementation, licensing, outsourcing, and hardware agreements, and including business transactions such as mergers, sales and acquisitions, financing agreements, real estate agreements and corporate governance matters. She serves as Chair Elect for the Atlanta Council of Younger Lawyers, Treasurer of the Corporate Counsel Section of the Atlanta Bar, and volunteers with the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation to represent pro bono clients.
