BRAWW represents employers/management and C-level employees, physicians and attorneys in a variety of employment matters in transactions and litigation. The firm’s guidance allows management clients to be proactive in their compliance with applicable law and to foster a workplace that is less likely to result in Equal Employment Opportunity Commission claims and litigation. BRAWW drafts employment agreements, employee manuals and social media policies. For individual employee clients, BRAWW negotiates appropriate protections when the employee accepts new employment and helps the employee negotiate appropriate severance when the employee departs.
